Theater of the Stars and Disney Theatrical Productions have announced that the touring production of Disney’s HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL will not be coming to Atlanta in August of 2008 as originally planned; a return engagement is planned in summer of 2009 when the show will be remounted locally by Theater of the Stars.
Existing ticket holders to the August 2008 Atlanta engagement have three redemption options:
1. You may exchange your tickets for special tickets to the Theater of the Stars production of Disney’s HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL 2 on Stage (the sequel to the original) which will have its world professional premiere from November 7th through 16th at the Fabulous Fox Theatre.
These exchanges will be available before tickets go on sale to the general public and will include access to excellent seats. Please note that a special preview performance has been added to the engagement. To take advantage of this option, please email HSMexchange@theaterofthestars.com with your request to exchange. We will be back with you beginning on July 8th, 2008 with further instructions and detailed information about how to
get your tickets to Disney’s HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL 2 on Stage.
2. You may exchange your tickets for special tickets to the Theater of the Stars production of Disney’s HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL on Stage at the Fabulous Fox Theatre for the summer of 2009. The exact dates of this engagement will be announced this September.
These exchanges will be available before tickets go on sale to the general public and will include access to excellent seats.

3. Return their tickets to the point of purchase for a refund. If you purchased through Ticketmaster.com or by Ticketmaster Phone service, you must call TicketMaster at 404-817-8700. If you purchased at an Outlet you must return your tickets in person to that location. Finally, if you purchased tickets at the Fox Theatre Box Office, you must return your ticket there during regular Box Office Hours.

to Atlanta in August due to unforeseen scheduling conflicts; a return engagement is planned in summer of 2009 when the showwill be remounted locally by Theater of the Stars.
